Recently directed the world premiere of Ted Malawer’s Everything Beautiful Happens At Night at Capital Stage and was the assistant director for Marc Atkinson on Sugarglass Theatre Co’s A Misanthrope (by Minnicino after Molière) at Smock Alley. Awards include the 2025 Dónal McKeating Bursary in Dublin and the 2025 Creative Growth Fellowship in Sacramento.

Originally from California, Connor recently relocated to Dublin after receiving his M.F.A. in Directing at Trinity College. Dublin projects include directing BENT (The Lir Academy) and assistant directing Sean O’Casey’s Starjazzer (conceived and directed by Louise Lowe with ANU Productions). Prior to Ireland, he was the founder and artistic director of New Helvetia Theatre in Sacramento, whose mission was to produce lesser-known and contemporary musicals and plays. He received his B.F.A. in Theatre at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
